Old Samsung printer and scanner drivers broke with OS X 13.x. Either you download the SamsungPrinter driver package here and install it using Pacifist here https://www.charlessoft.com or you download the extracted drivers here: SamsungPrinterDriversOSX13.3.1Download and copy / replace them to their respective folders.
